Kit and Kaboodle Money-Back Guarantee
Here’s how it works:
1. Contact orders@kitandkaboodle.us within 15 days of your purchase. We will try to determine if there is anything we can do to help.
2. Our customer care team will provide instructions, and a printable Return Merchandise Acknowledgement (RMA) should a return be warranted.
3. Pack up your product for return with the RMA sheet you have printed. Make sure to include accessories that came with the purchase and pack them securely, so they aren’t damaged in shipping.
4. Return us the product. Customer pays for return shipping.
5. Get your money back. Once we receive the return, we’ll refund the money to your credit card used on purchase.
* Please note that we cannot accept returns of customized products or offer refunds for upgraded shipping costs.
